It is the first ISO 15189:2007 accredited laboratory in the Philippines and it is also the designated National Reference Laboratory for Hematology, Immunohematology, Immunopathology, Automated Urinalysis, and Anatomic Pathology for Renal Diseases and other unassigned organ system diseases pursuant to the Department of Health D.O. No. 393-E s.2000.
