The NKTI Medical Laboratory now offers the solution to your problem in tracking your laboratory results. We proudly introduce the availability of ‘Historical Laboratory Report’.

The Historical Laboratory Report is a short list of your last 10 clinical laboratory results. This will provide patients with the ease of reviewing the laboratory tests performed.

The historical laboratory report however is available for blood Chemistry and CBC results only.

Patients can request for a copy of their historical report at the charging counter and a minimum amount of Php 25.00 per section is charged to their account. A print out of the report will be given to the patient at the releasing counter. The laboratory information system will automatically pick up the last 10 laboratory transactions of the patient and the report will be in a tabulated format.
